Campoamor is the quieter, greener end of the Orihuela Costa. Dehesa de Campoamor is built into mature pine woodland, there is a marina and sailing club, and the Real Club de Golf Campoamor sits behind. The housing skews larger and more expensive than the strip further north — detached villas on wooded plots, low-density apartment developments, and a noticeably older and more settled resident profile.
Pine is the local variable. Aleppo pine drops needles and resin continuously, and resin is not water-soluble, so it does not respond to ordinary cleaning — on carpet, on outdoor furniture and, most commonly, on car paintwork where it bonds hard and etches the clearcoat if left through a summer. Resin on a car is one of the few things that genuinely benefits from professional removal rather than persistence, because the wrong approach takes the lacquer with it.
Pine also means pollen, needles in pool filters and terraces, and a constant fine organic litter that a hard-floor deep clean handles far better than sweeping.
Campoamor has a marina, and boat interiors have exactly the same problems as apartments only worse: enclosed, humid, salt-laden, and shut up for long periods. Upholstery and berth mattresses in a boat left over winter develop mould and a stale smell for the same reason a closed apartment does. We treat boat interiors on the same basis as domestic upholstery, priced per item.
A high share of Campoamor property is second homes. Key-holder working is standard for us: we collect keys from your key holder, agent or a neighbour, photograph on arrival and completion, send the images on WhatsApp and return the keys. You settle by bank transfer once you have seen them, never in advance.

Yes, and it is worth having done rather than attacking yourself. Resin bonds hard and etches the clearcoat if left through a summer, and the wrong solvent or scraping takes the lacquer with it. It is included in the exterior wash and full valet.
