Multi-service discount. Book any two services on the same visit and take 10% off the total. Landlords and property managers with three or more properties get fixed contract rates — ask on WhatsApp.
Yes. The price we confirm on WhatsApp is what you pay. We do not add call-out fees, travel, fuel surcharges, parking, water or 'materials'. The only thing that changes a price is you adding a service on the day, and that gets the 10 per cent multi-service discount too.
Because quotes-on-request wastes your time and ours. You already know roughly what you want done. Publishing means you can decide whether we are in your budget in thirty seconds rather than after three messages and a site visit.
Send photos on WhatsApp and we will price it properly. Large villas, unusual fabrics, flood or smoke damage and commercial premises all get individual quotes, still fixed before we start.
45 euros for carpet and upholstery work, three hours for regular home cleaning. Car valeting has no minimum beyond the 25 euro exterior wash.
Cash, card and bank transfer, all after the work is complete. Absent owners working through a key holder settle by transfer once we have sent the completion photos.
