Including the ones where the honest answer is “no”. If yours is not here, WhatsApp us — we would rather talk you out of a job you do not need than sell you one.
Because quotes-on-request wastes everyone's time. You already know roughly what you want done, and you should be able to work out in thirty seconds whether we are in your budget. Every price is on the prices page and the price we confirm is the price you pay.
No. No call-out fee, no fuel surcharge, no minimum distance and no parking charge, anywhere in our service area. Nothing is added on the day.
After the work is finished and you have seen the result. Cash, card or bank transfer. We never take a deposit or payment in advance, including for absent owners working through a key holder.
45 euros for carpet and upholstery work. Three hours for regular home cleaning. Car valeting has no minimum beyond the 25 euro exterior wash.
Same day is often possible for car valeting and small carpet or upholstery jobs. Deep cleans and changeovers usually run one to three days out. In July and August, allow about a week.
No. There is no contract and no tie-in on anything, including regular cleaning. Visits can be paused or cancelled whenever you like, which matters if you are only in Spain part of the year.
Commercial steam and pH-neutral, plant-derived, non-toxic products. No chlorine bleach, no ammonia, no solvents. Steam sanitises on contact, so it kills dust mites, bacteria and mould spores and lifts grease and limescale without needing harsh chemistry.
No. There is nothing to air off and no residue on surfaces. This is deliberate: a lot of people move to this coast for a respiratory condition, and cleaning a house with something that irritates it makes no sense.
Yes. Nothing we use requires the room to be ventilated before it is used again, and there is no film left on worktops or floors. Tell us at booking if anyone in the household has a chemical sensitivity or allergy and we will adjust the products further.
Temperature, pressure and vacuum. Ours runs water at around 90 degrees, injects it under pressure to release soil bonded to the fibre, and extracts at high vacuum in the same pass. A hire machine runs cool water at low pressure and recovers a fraction, which is why those carpets take two days to dry and re-soil within weeks from the detergent left behind.
Carpets three to five hours. Sofas four to six. Mattresses six to eight, which is why we do beds first thing. All faster with the air conditioning running. You can walk on a carpet before it is fully dry in clean socks.
No, and anyone who tells you otherwise is selling. Where a spill has stripped or altered the dye, the fibre is permanently changed and no cleaning restores the colour. We will tell you which marks will lift and which will not when we arrive, before you commit, rather than afterwards.
That smell is almost always coming from the mattresses and sofa cushions, not the air. Coastal humidity and salt keep moisture in the filling for months with the shutters down, and microbial growth follows. It is inside the foam, which is why opening windows and air fresheners do nothing. Hot-water extraction resolves it, usually in one treatment. People replace mattresses over this problem unnecessarily.
Very common here and usually recoverable. Modern high-factor creams contain titanium dioxide and heavy oils that bond into fibre and oxidise to a yellow-brown that darkens over months. Recent marks are easy. A mark from last August is real work but generally still comes out.
Yes. Urine needs treating at the sub-surface as well as the surface, because the salts crystallise in the backing and reactivate with humidity. Stain and odour treatment is 15 euros on top of the standard price.
On soft furnishings and grout, yes — steam at temperature kills the organism rather than just bleaching the colour out of it, which is why bleached grout mould comes back darker. Structural or damp-related mould is a building problem and needs the cause fixed first; we will say so if that is what we find.
Yes, and roughly half our work is done this way. We collect keys from your key holder, agent, property manager or a neighbour, photograph the property on arrival and on completion, send you the images on WhatsApp and return the keys. You transfer payment once you have seen the photos.
Full clean throughout including terrace, bed strip and linen and towel change, beds made to presentation standard, restock check on consumables, fridge and freezer emptied and wiped, condition check with anything unusual flagged immediately, and a full photo set of every room sent on WhatsApp before we lock up. 75 euros for a two-bed, 105 for a three-bed with terrace.
Yes. Three or more properties gets a fixed contract rate rather than per-job pricing. Send the addresses and bed counts on WhatsApp.
Two to three days before you land. Everything is dry, aired and finished by the time you open the door, instead of you spending the first two days of your holiday with damp furniture.
No. The van carries its own water and its own power. Nothing connects to your property, which is what lets us work in underground garages and gated communal parking.
Usually yes. Community statutes object to run-off across communal floors and use of communal water. A self-contained mobile valet in your own designated space produces neither. We have worked in most blocks along this coast.
Hard water, at 42 to 50 French degrees locally. Washed with mains water and left to dry in Spanish sun, the minerals etch into the clearcoat and do not simply polish out. It is the most common self-inflicted paint damage we see. We wash with treated water and hand dry every panel.
Yes, 30 euros a pair. UV levels here haze polycarbonate lenses far faster than in northern Europe, and hazed headlights are a common ITV failure. Restoring costs a fraction of replacing the units.
Send a photo and a description on WhatsApp. We will tell you what the job actually needs, including when the answer is that it does not need us.
