Punta Prima is overwhelmingly apartments, and a very high share of them are either let out or empty for large parts of the year. That shapes what people actually need here, and it is not usually a weekly cleaner.
The three bookings that dominate in Punta Prima are the pre-arrival clean, the changeover, and the end-of-season deep clean. All three are done without the owner present, which is why we treat key-holder working as normal rather than as an exception.
Pre-arrival cleans are booked two or three days before you fly in. We open the property up, deep clean it, treat the mattresses and sofa for the shut-up smell, air it through and leave it ready. You walk into a property that smells like a home rather than a storage unit.
Changeovers are €75 for a two-bed, €105 for a three-bed with terrace, including linen and towel change, a restock check on consumables and a full photo report sent to you on WhatsApp before we lock up.
End-of-season deep cleans in September and October are the ones that keep a rental property from degrading. Everything the summer put into the sofa and the mattresses comes out before it sits over winter and sets.
Every job here is done with commercial steam and pH-neutral non-toxic products. In a Punta Prima apartment that matters for three specific reasons.
First, limescale. The mains water is very hard, and shower screens, taps and tiled surfaces in these apartments scale badly. Steam softens and lifts it without acid descalers that etch chrome and stone.
Second, bathroom mould. A closed-up apartment with an interior bathroom and no ventilation grows mould in the grout every winter, without fail. Bleach removes the colour and leaves the organism, so it comes back darker. Steam at temperature kills it.
Third, and most important in a let property: there is no chemical residue and no smell when we leave. A guest walking into an apartment that reeks of bleach concludes it was dirty. A guest walking into one that smells of nothing at all concludes it is clean. That is genuinely how it works.
We collect keys from your key holder, agent, property manager or a neighbour. We photograph the property on arrival, carry out the work, photograph it on completion, send you the images on WhatsApp and return the keys. Payment is by bank transfer afterwards, once you have seen the result.
Nothing is paid up front, ever. If you own in Punta Prima and you have been burned by a cleaner who took money and did not show up, that is why we work this way round.

We valet your car where it is parked. Fully self-contained van with its own water and power, so we can work in garages and communal parking where washing a car is normally not allowed.
