Punta Prima is apartment territory. Señorío de Punta Prima, La Recoleta, Panorama Park, La Entrada, El Parque and the newer developments almost all park underground or behind gates, and almost all of them have community statutes that prohibit washing a vehicle in the communal area. Drainage in these garages is designed for a leaking sump, not for someone rinsing a car.
Our van is completely self-contained — it brings its own water and its own power. We do not need your tap, your socket or your hose, and we control the water volume so nothing runs across a shared garage floor. That is what makes valeting possible in blocks where it otherwise is not, and it is why most of our Punta Prima customers came to us in the first place.
If you are not sure whether your community allows it, the practical answer is that a self-contained mobile valet in your own designated space is what most administrators accept, because there is no discharge and no use of communal services. We have worked in most of the blocks here.
Punta Prima is a headland. Most of these blocks are within a few hundred metres of the water, and the salt load in the air is correspondingly high.
Salt on paint is hygroscopic — it draws moisture from the air and holds it against the clearcoat, which accelerates oxidation and starts corrosion at every chip and seam. It is worse in a ventilated underground garage than people assume, because the air coming in carries the same load and the car never gets rained on to dilute it.
On top of that: calima dust several times a year, and very hard mains water at roughly 42 to 50 French degrees that etches white mineral rings into the paint if a car is washed and left to dry in the sun. We wash with treated water and hand dry every panel for that reason.

A lot of Punta Prima owners keep a car here and leave it standing for months. That creates its own set of problems and we get called for all of them.
A car left closed in a humid coastal garage develops mould on seat fabric, in seat belts and in the air conditioning system, and a stale smell that does not clear with the windows open. Interior steam clean at €35 handles the surfaces; seat hot-water extraction at €45 deals with it properly where it has got into the fabric.
We also do pre-sale and hire-car handback valets at €95 — full detail inside and out plus engine bay wipe-down. If you are selling a car here or handing back a long-term hire, the difference it makes to what you get back is not marginal.
And headlight restoration at €30 a pair. UV here hazes polycarbonate lenses quickly, and hazed lenses fail the ITV.
